· Growth & characterization of GaN and ZnO epilayers and their nanostructures for optoelectronic, energy, and sensor devices
· Growth and characterization of quantum dots and nanostructures for device applications
· Simulation and fabrication of GaN and ZnO optoelectronic, energy, and sensor devices
· Flexible electronic and photonic devices by using semiconductor and organic hybrid heterostructures
· Fabrication of high performing micro LED and transfer technology
· Graphene and perovskite for application to transistors, displays, and solar cells
