After joining KOFAC, a non-profit government organization as a specialist of science culture, she initiated and executed various new programmes under Science Korea Project, which was a national level movement for enhancing science culture and scientific literacy of all Korean. In 2006, she hosted the <9th International Conference on Public Communication of Science & Technology (PCST-9)>, which was the first time in Asia enhancing greatly the visibility of science communication. And she also contributed to set up an east-asian network for science culture by organising Joint Symposia among Korea, China and Japan at American Association for the Advancement of Science(AAAS) annual conference in USA. In 2017, as a vice direcor-general of Gwang-ju National Science Museum, she initiated the first co-exhibition of <2030 Future City> by 3 National Science Museums in Korea.
